CPSR2 observations report only 1 subint

CPSR2 observations consist of a directory containing several files, these have already been scrunched to l subint of duration 1 min each. The web archive identifies these observations as having 1 subint, but should be adding the number of subints from all directories

I will change the web interface to count the files in a CPSR2 directory in the meantime, but ultimately the script for loading the data into the database should be changed to do this instead.
