Selection of query parameters

Description
Currently, all the table parameters are selectable on the main query page. I have removed from view the data_loc and file_size_bytes parameters, as these should not be publicly visible.
However, it would be good to have a default list of parameters (e.g. filename, RA, DEC, date, time, freq, integration time, data_type) and have the others available for selection by the user if they are interested in them.
In this case we could also probably remove the "Show all"/"Hide all" option, and just have them all visible, perhaps below the main selection boxes.
