invert mfs option seems to not use all the channels if there are flagged ones

Description
Maxim noticed high rms values in images from CABB data. About 1/3 of the cabb channels was flagged and the invert with options=mfs produced images with rms corresponding to only a few channels of cabb data.

This was using data from the interim CABB system. The issue doesn't seem to have come up again with data from the full CABB system. We'll assume it was a temporary issue and reopen the ticket if it resurfaces.
