Description
It would be helpful to keep score of how much time each ticket takes to close. It may be that Trac provides fields for this that are normally hidden. Otherwise we can elect to just write the time spent in the closing comment of the ticket.

After discussion with Malte, decided to try this. However the plugin requires sqlite3 (which uses a db format incompatible with sqlite2). So we have now to upgrade all the dbs and install python-pysqlite2 to talk to them.
