This has now been tested with simulated CABB files as well. Some fixes were needed but all is working ok now. Sign this off once tested with real CABB data.

This is working for existing CABB files - they actually have 3 IFs present, of which the 2nd one contains the useful CABB data. Setting ifsel=2 in atlod correctly pick out this data.
We'll need to check this again when zoom bands appear in real CABB data.

Around 2007-11-15 StacyMader? did a test with an autocorrelations-only file and the existing CAOBS. That appeared to work ok.
