Description
It looks like the uvspec frequency labelling runs into problems at CABB zoom band resolution. 0.5kHz channel with GHz center freq means 10-7 resolution needed on freq axis, beyond single precision real.

I've checked in a fix. When the frequency resolution gets too high or the axis range too small, it subtracts an appropriate offset before plotting. In the cases I've tried the axis=freq, amp and axis=chan, amp plots now look the same, but some tweaking may be needed to the tolerances for offset/no offset plotting to cover all cases.
