Description
Currently the name of the FITS file is given by the position. Dick would prefer it to be given by the UT time, perhaps with a prefix/suffix to indicate beam no and instrumentation used.

Fixed.
New function DataBlock::getFITSname() will produce a FITS filename based on the UT_STRT parameter. It has the format S70_yymmdd_hhmmss.fits or PM_yymmdd_hhmmss_bb.fits (bb=beam number). Updated in changeset [13].
