Description
atlod currently applies xyphase based on the data in the syscal record. With CABB the xyphase info will need to be extracted from the XY autocorrelation spectra, averaged to reduce the noise and applied to the data. Also see: Syscal changes

Actually, CABB turned out to provide an average XY phase over the band, which is applied as normal. So the immediate issue is fixed.
We may want to have the option of doing this in smaller bandwidth chunks for better calibration. This would be a later milestone.
