Description
When usePrevious=true, we appear to always plot out individual spectra. This really needs to be an optional feature - it may be that we just want to re-run the output of the catalogue with different centre types or different spectral types.
Make this another parameter.

I have added [1148] a new parameter flagPlotIndividualSpectra (defaulting to false) that allows the user to opt to produce individual plots.
Note that this is now independent of the usePrevious option, and doesn't actually care if there has been an objectList given (if not, then each spectrum gets its own file).
On a related matter, I've also made the object choice extend to the text spectra, so that when an object list is provided, that choice is applied to the spectra, the moment & detection maps, and the text spectra. Note that the output catalogue is always produced in full.
