Proposal to use 'logging' so unwanted info messages can be turned off.

OK. I found asap.logging.py. Now I just need to see how I can control the logging level. Any hints would be appreciated. Examples of what I'd like to turn off: Importing /usr/local/RA_data/SDFITS/dss43/1996/1996_334.fits... The current mask window unit is channel
