Description

The bug related to #181 is essentially fixed in casacore (r20889). So, we can remove workaround in Scantable::makePersistent().

Malte, are there any workaround in somewhere in the code?

I commented out workaround in Scantable::makePersistent() in r2030. If it's enough work for this ticket, we can close this.

I resolve this ticket since previous change in Scantable::makePersistent() seems to be enough.
