Procedure to extract Tsys versus Elevation graph for Mopra data and to subsequently fit the data to obtain a value to Tau (atmospheric attenuation)

To run this I have attached an example script to this ticket. You will need to fill in the correct input files.
This needs to be executed on kaputar as follows (until asap-3.0 is released).
