Installing ASAP on Fedora 9

I have been using asap with fc7. My old laptop died and I bought a new one. Fedora 7 doesn't have a driver for the DVDRW drive and won't install, so I installed the new Fedora 9.

When I installed asap (using the fc7 instructions) there is a problem with a python lib that is "not available"
