Annotation files refer needlessly to ATrous reconstruction

Description
When we don't do the reconstruction, the annotation file says so. This is not necessary.
Also, why is it spelled "ATrous" and not "a trous"?

This came from ASKAPsoft testing, and I think the problem lies there, where I am setting the atrous flag yet not doing it...
Have fixed the descriptions, and actually removed the comment saying no reconstruction done.
