Jump squats
Physical activity, which could not miss this routine to strengthen and tone the buttocks are Squats. This is one of the best exercises to work the buttocks, abdomen, legs, and Perfect Biotics generally throughout the body. It helps to burn fat and tone.
How to do it?
Place your feet shoulder-width of the hips and the arms page. Bend your knees and lower hips, as if they mimic the act of sitting. Knees should be at 90 degrees.
Jump vertically as high as possible, bring your hands up. After landing, return to starting position and squat and repeat the exercise 10 times.
This exercise ends the session and you're working gluts, hamstrings, quadriceps and calves.
