When baseline subtraction is done, thresholds are incorrectly plotted

Description
We plot the threshold on the spectral plots, but this is always shown as a constant line. When the baseline subtraction is done, however, this is not correct. The threshold is applied to the baseline-subtracted spectrum, so to correctly show it on these plots, it would need to be added to the baseline level.

Fixed in [1258]. Now have an alternative drawThreshold function that takes the baseline and adds the baseline values to the threshold. Seems to work fine.
