Description
When ellipses are drawn in DS9 region files, the position angle is incorrect - clearly either an offset wrong or the incorrect rotation direction.

The fix required appears to be rotating the given PA by -90 degrees. Committed in [ Confirmed to work in SAOImage DS9 with multiple results files.
