Description
Adapt the Duchamp code tree so that it is able to be installed in the CONRAD respository as a 3rdParty library/package.

Done. The build scripts have been improved noticeably, making it easier to specify locations of libraries, and making pgplot optional.

Not too much work involved -- mainly trying to avoid PGPLOT-related tasks. Already a ticket on this (#13). Also need to set up a python install script.
