Description
When you read a reconstruction (rather than doing it as we go), the output spectra just have a line at zero for the reconstructed spectra.
Clearly something (perhaps reconExists) is being reset somewhere along the way.

OK, the problem here was actually the problem in #127 (I was converting the fluxes as well). When I don't do that, it works fine. Closing this, and will fix #127
