Description
When creating a mask in the case of a subsection being searched, it appears that the size and reference pixels are not appropriately treated to account for the subsection offsets.

This has been fixed. The previous way this was done was doing the correction manually, but this was unnecessary as the WCS info corrects for the subsection when it is read in.
The new way of doing the image headers does this in the proper way.
