Errors in DBUpdater program

Description
David's DBUpdater program has a few errors: (from comparing the first few rows of obs and observations tables in the mysql database)
- Various columns that should be NULL are blank
- Beam information is not being calculated
- Scrunched directories appear to be included when they should not be.
