Use correct frequency in mfboot for the planet Tb model. Currently uses first channel, should at least use center channel, better yet, freq dependent model across spectrum.

Changed to use central frequency of spectrum. The planet models are slowly varying with frequency and only approximate to start with, so it doesn't seem much is to be gained trying to be more precise than that here. The much larger variation with baseline length is taken into account for planets.
