We need to send in another progress report.
Your assistance is sort to ensure an informative and efficient Projects Meeting. Please provide all reports to Phil and myself by COB 3rd February 2009
Reports should reflect the position as at the end of December 2008. December 2008 financial data are currently available on SAP. In putting information together it would be helpful to note any anticipated large January expenditure.

In this report we will have to request changes to the plan, thanks to the hardware delays we are well out of kilter with what we forecast.
