Can uvsplit separate two IFs at the same frequency

Description
Currently 20 and 13cm data with CABB tends to have two IFs at the same center freq. It would be good if uvsplit could either separate these or warn about it, because it causes trouble downstream (mfcal, gpcal).

Yes. When split by frequency is requested (the default) identical frequencies on different IFs will now be separated in to files named like: 1934-638.1750.1 1934-638.1750.2 etc.
