Input parameter file should be compatible with parset format

Description
It would be good to be able to use the same format as parameter sets. These have a = sign between the parameter name and the value. Perhaps the parameter reader could first remove the = sign from the input line before extracting the parameter and value.

Deferring this - it's not really necessary, as the ASKAP input parameter sets have Cduchamp. before the parameter name anyway. So you'd have to do some formatting to the parset file before using it with Duchamp - why not just remove the = signs as well?
