Description
Haven't updated the verification script for a while, so it fails miserably. Check each of the tests to make sure it is only the new columns etc causing it to fail.

[1165] - [1169] fix tests 2, 5, 7, 8, 9.
Test 3 is spatial smoothing, and this is different because of the fix we made to the 2D smoothing. Can probably just accept this.
Tests 4 & 6 both use 1D reconstruction. For some reason the threshold is coming out as zero (with snrCut = 4). Need to track down what is happening here.

[1164] fixes test 1. The only problems were the comment characters, new parameters for saving the baselines & moment masks, and the maj/min/pa values. Had to patch the VerifyDuchamp?.sh script to account for the new # at the start of the line listing the number of detections.
