Add units to the VOTable

Description
The VOTable does not report units of any of the columns. This needs to be added!

Looks fine - spatial widths are forced into arcmin, so no adaptive changes are made there. Happy to close this ticket.

They were in fact there, but referred to as "units", whereas the VOTable standard requires "unit". European influence?
Need to check that all quantities are getting their units assigned properly.
