It is possible to get the following position: 

    1 B115959-450000  30.0  30.0  75.0 11:59:60.0 -45:00:00 -0.138     4.83     4.83 195.651  1668.930     0.969   9.69  16  44  16  44  41 109 11664    -

The RA should be rounded up -- need to check the decToDMS code.
