Flux unit conversion not working with existing reconstruction

Description
When an existing reconstruction cube is read in, it appears that the flux unit conversion (eg. from Jy/beam to mJy/beam) does not occur. This means specifying a threshold=10 doesn't find anything (which it does when doing the reconstruction from scratch), but a threshold=0.01 does.
Clearly a bit of code missing in the reading of existing cubes.

Smoothing works fine now as well. Think we can close this.

Largely fixed in [899] and [901]. Have tested with the reconstruction, but not yet with the smoothing.
