TYPE:		Data selection

SYNTAX:		"length 20"

DESCRIPTION:

Sets the minimum scan length in seconds
which will pass the filters applied in edit inputs, 
read, and plot.  Typing "length" without arguments 
removes any limitation on scan length.  This data
selection parameter applies only to type-2 data.
