TYPE:		Experiment overview

SYNTAX:		"ccread filename"

DESCRIPTION:

This command reads a correlator control file into memory, thus
allowing aedit to compare what "should" be present to what is
actually present.  Execution of this command is a prerequisite
for "psplot" and "psfile".
