SYNTAX:		"bsnrmax 20"

DESCRIPTION:

Sets the maximum bispectral snr in triangle records which will pass 
the filters applied in edit inputs, read, and plot.  Typing 
"bsnrmax" without arguments removes any upper bound on bsnr.
