TYPE:		Data selection

SYNTAX:		"baselines AB BC CD AC"

DESCRIPTION:

Sets the baseline data selection parameter in the inputs.  Only
those baselines specified will pass the filter-applying operations
of edit inputs, read, and plot.  Typing "baselines" without
arguments removes any restrictions on allowed baselines.
