There are many MODEs here and consequently many DATASTREAMS and IF and EXTENSIONS blocks. A new "extension" is employed when using the "90cm" receiver. I have named it "filter50cm". The value of "5 MHz" corresponds to "NARROW" in the old "if_def" comment line and "33 MHz" corresponds to "BROAD". In practice, "NARROW" should be assumed for a value less than 8 MHz, "BROAD" should be asusmed for a value > 24 MHz. When observing with the "7mm" VLBA receiver, synth3 has its frequency multipled by 3 prior to mixing. This is noted in a comment field which is not required. The "synth3" value is obtained by taking the 4th parameter in the old if_def comment field and dividing the number by 3. When observing with the "3mm" VLBA receiver, there is a 6x multiplication and the number is determined by dividing the comment number by 6.
