The perl script source:trunk/htdocs/perl/find_archives.pl needs to be updated to account for the changed database schema. We will also need to change the way vap is used, as there is a problem running vap on herschel. Perhaps we could write out the table of additions to a text file, and then import the text file into the database via a command sent over ssh? Either that, or find some way of connecting to the database (which resides on herschel) remotely, e.g. from tycho. |

Want the query position to be given in HMS/DMS format for the web page query. Use separate input boxes for each field, in the same manner as ATOA. Also, think about units for search radius -- is degrees or arcmin better? Leave the conesearch page as degrees. |
