 * discussion of effort counting via hours in tickets. No objections thus far.
 * T&E plugin - reports don't work with safari browser?
 * discussed svn practice session, potential for conflicting work
 * discussed repo structure, and wiki structure
 * we can't stop using RCS until build process modified to work with SVN.
 * resolved: keep meetings to 30min
