Here is a checklist of items that need to be done prior to releasing a new version of Duchamp

 * Update documentation
   * Have we added all new parameters to the User Guide?
   * Have we added all new parameters to !InputComplete?
 * Update CHANGES
 * Update README
 * Increment version number in configure script
 * Verify release prior to tagging
   * Standalone
   * In askapsoft 3rdParty (good double-check)
 * Tag release
 * Make tarball
 * Update webpage
 * Send email
