I have fixed the errors by adding include <cstring> to the relevant files. I leave it to Mark Calabretta to fix the warnings in livedata.

    1 libatnf.a doesn't build under gcc-4.3. It generates errors about undefined functions. It alos throws deprecation warnings about {{{char*}}} to {{{string}}} conversions.
